Wimmera golf champs crowned

Lewis Gebert from Horsham Golf Club and Serviceton Golf Club’s Fleur Finlayson are champions of the Wimmera District Golf Association after 36 holes at Edenhope on Sunday.

Fleur Finlayson and Lewis Gebert are Wimmera District Golf Association's 2025 champions.

Finlayson fought back from a one-shot deficit after the first round to claim a three-shot lead from Nhill Golf Club’s Amanda Brownsea.

Three shots also separated Gebert from Nhill’s Trevor Polkinghorne in the men’s competition.
